ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT INFORMATION
a) Ita-Ito.com presents the products for sale on its website with the information a potential buyer needs to know their essential characteristics before ordering.
b) Offers presented by Ita-Ito.com are valid only while stocks last. The seller cannot be held responsible if a product is no longer available, out of stock or sold out.
c) Ita-Ito.com reserves the right to modify and replace products according to its suppliers' catalogues.
d) Photographs, illustrations, videos, usage advice and other data illustrating the products are not contractual and are given for information only. Any errors they contain do not engage the responsibility of Ita-Ito.com.
e) Texts accompanying the photographs and instructions provided by the manufacturer or distributor do not engage the responsibility of Ita-Ito.com.
ARTICLE 4: ORDER, ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
The customer places an order on www.ita-ito.com by filling their virtual cart. The cart and all required information (addresses, delivery and payment methods) can be changed until the final order summary. The site's automatic recording system is deemed proof of the content and date of the order.
The customer confirms the order by clicking the button to place the order with an obligation to pay. The seller confirms the order by email. The sale is concluded only once the seller has confirmed the order.
Ita-ito.com reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, in particular relating to product supply, an abnormal or doubtful order, or a foreseeable delivery problem. In such a case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Prices are shown in Swiss francs, all taxes included. Delivery costs are not included in the price of each item and are added automatically to the order total in the cart.
A new order can only be placed once any amounts due for previous orders have been paid. If ita-ito.com deems it necessary, it may verify any order by any means it considers appropriate.
ARTICLE 4 BIS: PURCHASE ON INVOICE WITH PARTIAL PAYMENT OPTION (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers, as an independent payment provider, the "Pay by invoice" method. When purchasing on invoice, you accept the terms of POWERPAY in addition to our terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING
Delivery times shown under each item are indicative and do not constitute a commitment by ita-ito.com. Ita-ito.com cannot be held responsible for delays by the Post or a carrier.
An order may be delivered in several parcels depending on stock availability.
The order is shipped to the delivery address given by the customer. Ita-ito.com cannot be held responsible for errors in the delivery address.
ARTICLE 6: ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer may cancel or change the order as long as the goods have not been shipped (the carrier's receipt being authoritative).
ARTICLE 7: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, without having to give a reason.
Conditions
- The item has not been worn or washed, and still has its original tag.
- It is returned in its packaging, with the order number.
- Underwear cannot be returned.
How to return
- Write to us via our contact form or at contact (at) ita-ito.com (replace “(at)” with “@”) with your order number and the item concerned.
- Tell us whether you would like an exchange (another size or colour) or a refund.
- Send the parcel to: ITA-ITO, Chemin sur la Croix 2, 1261 Le Vaud, Switzerland. You can also drop it off at the boutique, Rue de la Cité 6bis, 1204 Geneva.
Refund
We refund the item to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs and return costs are at your expense, unless we made an error.
Defective item
A manufacturing defect? Contact us on receipt: we will repair, replace or refund the item, return costs included.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY
Ita-ito.com guarantees manufacturing defects on the items it sells for one year (the one-year warranty corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty).
The warranty does not cover normal wear, the consequences of inappropriate use, damage by the buyer or a third party, or defects due to external circumstances (modification of the item, natural events, frost, lightning, lack of care, inappropriate modification or repair by the customer or a third party, humidity, falls, knocks, etc.).
