Pima cotton
Lavage main à froid recommandé. Lavage machine dans un sac fermé, programme froid et essorage léger. Utiliser un savon neutre. Essorer dans un linge et séchage à plat. Repassage basse température en protégeant le vêtement avec un linge.

Les délais de livraison sont en moyenne de 2 à 5 jours ouvrables pour la Suisse. Il peut arriver que votre colis arrive déjà le lendemain de votre commande, ou que la réception prenne jusqu’à 7 ou 10 jours. En cas de délai plus important, vous serez averti. Pour les commandes à l’étranger, compter 14 à 18 jours ouvrables pour la livraison.
Returns and exchanges within 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, without having to give a reason. The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have its original tag.
How to return: write to us at contact (at) ita-ito.com (replace “(at)” with “@”) with your order number and the item concerned, and tell us whether you would like an exchange (another size or colour) or a refund.
Send the parcel to: ITA-ITO, Chemin sur la Croix 2, 1261 Le Vaud, Switzerland. You can also drop it off at the boutique, Rue de la Cité 6bis, 1204 Geneva.
Refund to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return. Return costs are at your expense, unless we made an error or the item is defective.
